Created procedures and methods to improve the processes and create more user-centered products. Starting with series of interviews with key stakeholders, building extensive prototypes, design system and documentation.

Layout design for mobile first web applications. Design and develop emails (from app-generated, interaction emails to release notes-internal emails). Working on workflows, user cases, user stories, flowcharts. Working with Umbraco CMS system (using ASP.NET C# Razor and Javascript).
